ACPC Meeting Registration Cancellation Request

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Meeting registration refunds are not generally allowed and members are encouraged to send an alternate. However, regular members can submit a formal request for a registration credit by completing this form. All requests will be reviewed by the Executive Committee and if granted, members will receive a registration credit in the amount paid towards one of the two upcoming meetings. It will be the responsibility of the member to inform the Executive Office which meeting they would like to receive the credit for prior to registering for the meeting. All social events registered for prior to the registration deadline will be granted a full refund.
