The Association of Corporate Patent Counsel (ACPC) is the only professional community dedicated exclusively to Chief Patent and Intellectual Property Counsel of businesses operating in the United States. Since 1966, ACPC has provided a trusted, private, member-led forum where in-house IP leaders connect, benchmark, collaborate, and grow—personally and professionally.
Our members gain access to a powerful peer network navigating similar challenges, an extensive knowledge base of best practices and benchmarking materials, and enriching member-directed programming that supports excellence in IP strategy, operations, and leadership.
